The ability to challenge an assembly’s decisions present both risks and opportunities. A parliamentarian, whether advising the presiding officer or serving as a floor parliamentarian, should be able to guide the client along the waiver spectrum so that the client can make strategic choices. This program will help attendees understand what the waiver spectrum is, how it can affect their clients, and how they can use it to improve communications and decision-making.
